About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end analytics solutions that translate complex data into strategic business insights.
- Lead a cross‑functional team of data scientists, analysts, and engineers to build scalable data pipelines and machine learning models.
- Develop and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and AWS data services to support real‑time decision making.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and client teams to define KPIs, set measurement frameworks, and report performance.
- Advise senior stakeholders on data strategy, governance, and best practices for AI adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with Tableau and AWS analytics services (Redshift, SageMaker, QuickSight).
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple analytics projects simultaneously.
