Software Engineer
Lead a multidisciplinary analytics team to deliver data‑driven insights, develop predictive models, and create visual dashboards that support strategic decision‑making across the organization.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a small team of analysts, data scientists, and market researchers, fostering collaboration and high‑impact delivery.
- Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions, predictive models, and interactive dashboards using Python, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
- Partner with senior leaders and volunteers to translate business objectives into data‑focused strategies and actionable insights.
- Establish best practices for data governance, quality assurance, and analytical methodologies across the organization.
- Communicate complex findings clearly to non‑technical audiences, influencing policy and program decisions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or market research, with a proven track record of leading high‑performing teams.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, machine‑learning techniques, and their practical application to real‑world problems.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to convey insights to senior executives and diverse audiences.
- Experience establishing data governance frameworks and promoting a data‑driven culture.
