About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT partners, translating business needs into detailed functional specifications.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, conduct gap analyses, and document system requirements for both targeted enhancements and large‑scale system overhauls.
- Participate in testing activities, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking, ensuring solutions meet business and regulatory standards.
- Support post‑implementation activities, troubleshooting issues, and providing user training and documentation.
- Contribute to product roadmap planning, prioritizing features, and influencing strategic direction for credit systems.
- Apply RBC’s Generative AI framework to identify automation opportunities and improve credit decisioning processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or system analysis within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience with requirements management tools, test management, and agile project methodologies.
- Knowledge of credit systems, regulatory compliance, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts is a plus.
