About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and data extracts to support HR and finance decision‑making.
- Analyze large HR datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and actionable analytics solutions.
- Create interactive visualizations and self‑service dashboards in Tableau that enable managers to monitor workforce metrics.
- Perform statistical modeling and predictive analysis to forecast staffing needs, turnover, and other people‑related outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience with Workday reporting/analytics and strong SQL query skills.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment.
