About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain advanced analytics models using Python and SQL to uncover safety trends and risk indicators.
- Design interactive dashboards in Tableau that translate complex data into actionable insights for safety stakeholders.
- Implement and validate AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring explainability and compliance with data governance standards.
- Collaborate with Safety Business Intelligence and Safety Management System teams to align analytics outputs with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
- Document data lineage, quality metrics, and governance policies to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis, modeling, and visualization using Python, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and AI best practices.
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks and safety management systems.
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical findings into clear, non‑technical insights.
