About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain profitability models to assess program performance and support strategic decision‑making.
- Collect, cleanse, and integrate large data sets from multiple sources to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau that translate complex data into clear business insights for stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to align data initiatives with program objectives and timelines.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, implement data‑driven solutions, and track their impact on cost and revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, program management, or profitability analysis within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate quantitative findings into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of working across multidisciplinary teams.
