About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large medical datasets from clinical trials and real‑world evidence sources.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python scripts to extract and transform data for analysis.
- Apply statistical techniques and machine learning models in R to identify trends, risk factors, and treatment outcomes.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate with clinical, regulatory, and data governance teams to ensure data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in medical or clinical data analysis.
- Strong statistical background and experience with R for modeling.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights.
