Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and data models to support financial reporting and analytics across payer and provider datasets.
- Build interactive Tableau dashboards that visualize key performance indicators and trend analyses for internal stakeholders.
- Apply statistical techniques in Python to identify anomalies, forecast trends, and evaluate the impact of financial initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements, validate data quality, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Document analytical processes, create technical specifications, and present findings to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within the healthcare or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (pandas, NumPy), and Tableau; advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experience applying them to real‑world datasets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
