Provide on‑site technical support for F135 engine systems, analyzing performance data, troubleshooting issues, and delivering documentation to sustain lightning‑related components for the Lightening Sustainment Center.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze F135 engine system data to identify and resolve lightning‑related performance issues.
- Provide on‑site customer support to military and contractor personnel, delivering timely technical guidance.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, reports, and corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, test, and sustainment teams to implement solutions and improve system reliability.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sustainment activities for the Lightening Sustainment Center.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in systems analysis and troubleshooting of complex aerospace hardware.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for producing technical documentation and interfacing with customers.
- U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain any necessary program access authorizations.
- Willingness to work on‑site at Wright‑Patterson Air Force Base.
