About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytical models to assess credit risk and capital adequacy across the organization.
- Extract, clean and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to support risk reporting and scenario analysis.
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau to visualize key risk metrics for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with risk, finance and IT teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Conduct ad‑hoc statistical analyses to identify emerging risk trends and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Strong analytical background with experience in risk modeling and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy) and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Hands‑on experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance sector is a plus.
