About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from learning platforms to uncover trends and insights.
- Design and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for stakeholders across the organization.
- Develop SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with product, training, and analytics teams to define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks.
- Present findings and actionable recommendations to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement in learning initiatives.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python (pandas, NumPy).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
- Excellent communication skills and experience presenting to cross‑functional teams.
- Experience in the consumer goods or education technology sector is a plus.
