About the role
Key Responsibilities
Lead configuration and master data management for Coupa, ensuring system settings, content groups, company codes, chart of accounts, and tax codes align with business needs.
Monitor control reports, analyze data trends, and produce actionable insights to support decision‑making.
Collaborate with business partners to identify process gaps, recommend solutions, and implement new or existing applications and systems.
Develop and maintain documentation for configuration changes, data standards, and reporting procedures.
Provide training and support to end users, ensuring smooth adoption of Coupa enhancements.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience with Coupa, including configuration and master data management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Experience in process improvement and business systems analysis.
Detail‑oriented with a focus on data integrity and system optimization.
