Analyst, Advanced Analytics, Brampton, ON

As an Analyst on the Advanced Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to provide analysis and recommendations related to high-profile loyalty initiatives. In this role, the Analyst will also build products that automate data-informed decision-making and support the future of loyalty. The Analyst will work with various business partners across the Enterprise on analytics, insights, product development, reporting, and measurement to help advance these initiatives.

What you'll do:

• Leverage analytical skills to develop, refine, and innovate loyalty data products with both current relevance and a future-forward lens.
• Enhance the organization’s understanding of customers and improve targeting mechanisms through segmentations, algorithms, and LLMs.
• Partner with business stakeholders across the Enterprise to translate strategic, tactical, ad hoc, and long-term requests into analytical problems.
• Extract and synthesize large volumes of data from multiple sources, including customer transaction data and consumer and syndicated research, to generate insights that guide the strategic evolution of the loyalty program.
• Apply statistical techniques to measure campaign performance, lead A/B testing initiatives, and support weekly loyalty program execution tasks such as list generation and performance measurement.

What you bring:

• University degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Strong foundation in statistics and basic mathematical modeling, with the ability to translate real-world situations into simple analytical models
