About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product vision and roadmap for corporate compliance and reporting solutions within the Americas Tax Technology Group.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and prioritize backlog items with cross‑functional teams.
- Collaborate closely with tax, finance, and IT stakeholders to capture requirements, define user stories, and ensure alignment with regulatory changes.
- Drive data‑driven decision making by analyzing usage metrics, performance indicators, and customer feedback to continuously improve product value.
- Act as the primary liaison between business units and engineering, ensuring clear communication of goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product ownership or product management, preferably in tax, finance, or compliance domains.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance regulations and reporting standards across the U.S. and international markets.
- Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions using Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques.
