About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Amazon Connect contact flows and integrations with clinical systems.
- Implement and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform, ensuring high availability and security compliance.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment, testing, and monitoring of Connect environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver continuous improvements.
- Document architecture, processes, and best practices for future reference and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Amazon Connect development and AWS infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Terraform, CI/CD tools (e.g., CodePipeline, Jenkins), and scripting languages such as Python.
- Strong understanding of telehealth workflows, security standards, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a hybrid environment.
