About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and deploy Amazon Connect contact center solutions for enterprise clients.
- Integrate Connect with third‑party CRMs, IVR, and analytics platforms via APIs and AWS services.
- Develop and maintain custom scripts and Lambda functions to extend Connect functionality.
- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning, and security hardening of Connect environments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure seamless handover to operations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering with a focus on AWS and contact center technologies.
- Proven track record of end‑to‑end Amazon Connect implementations and integrations.
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash) and familiarity with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and IAM.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement and documentation.
