About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, install, and troubleshoot advanced telecommunications and RF systems within the National Airspace System.
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and performance testing of airway transportation equipment and services.
- Modify and upgrade existing infrastructure to meet evolving regulatory and operational requirements.
- Certify systems and equipment in accordance with FAA and FCC standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing air traffic control environments.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in telecommunications, RF engineering, and network integration within aviation or related high‑integrity environments.
- Deep knowledge of Air Traffic Control systems and FAA/FCC regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to perform system certification and compliance testing.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
