AIOps Support Engineer - Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)
Software Engineer
Provide technical support for AIOps solutions, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure on GCP and Azure, managing AI platform integrations (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini), and resolving SSO and security issues across identity and CASB tools.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, diagnose, and resolve incidents on Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure environments, including IAM, logging, and infrastructure performance.
- Support enterprise AI services such as OpenAI ChatGPT, Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini Enterprise, ensuring seamless integration with client applications.
- Troubleshoot Single Sign‑On (SSO) and identity management issues across Okta, Azure AD, and related providers.
- Assist with security and data loss prevention using Netskope or comparable CASB solutions, handling SSL inspection and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to implement best practices for cloud operations, automation, and incident response.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in technical support, cloud operations, or IT engineering, preferably in financial services or healthcare.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (logging, IAM, infrastructure troubleshooting).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Azure Machine Learning and core cloud operations.
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini) and their integration points.
- Proficiency in SSO troubleshooting and experience with identity providers such as Okta or Azure AD; exposure to CASB tools like Netskope is a plus.
