About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the AIOps platform initiative, serving as the primary technical liaison between Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams to build unified telemetry pipelines.
- Architect and implement closed‑loop remediation workflows, deeply integrating Splunk ITSI alerts with ServiceNow Event and Incident Management modules.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Splunk AIOps solutions, ensuring high availability, scalability, and real‑time observability across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data models, dashboards, and alerting strategies that drive proactive incident prevention.
- Continuously evaluate and incorporate emerging AIOps technologies, best practices, and automation frameworks to enhance platform capabilities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AIOps, ITSM, or related observability engineering roles.
- Proficiency with Splunk (ITSI, Enterprise), ServiceNow, and network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds.
- Strong scripting skills in Python and experience building automation pipelines.
- Deep understanding of ITSM processes, incident management, and event correlation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
