About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end‑to‑end machine learning models that enhance SAP CX customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP CX architecture.
- Lead the SAP Business AI Center of Excellence, setting best practices, governance, and performance metrics for AI projects.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists and engineers on advanced ML techniques and SAP platform integration.
- Conduct rigorous model validation, bias assessment, and continuous improvement to meet enterprise compliance standards.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering within enterprise software environments.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and SAP HANA data modeling.
- Deep understanding of SAP CX products and customer journey analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of delivering production‑ready AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to influence stakeholders across multiple business units.
