About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy machine learning models for spatial data analysis and prediction.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ingest, clean, and transform large geospatial datasets.
- Integrate models into cloud‑based pipelines using AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, S3).
- Optimize model performance and scalability, ensuring robust production deployments.
- Communicate findings and insights to cross‑functional teams, translating technical results into actionable business decisions.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands‑on experience with deep learning for geospatial or spatial‑temporal data.
- Solid understanding of GIS concepts and spatial data formats.
- Experience deploying models on AWS, including SageMaker, Lambda, and S3.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
