About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for mission‑critical systems, focusing on NLP, LLMs, and computer vision.
- Implement end‑to‑end MLOps pipelines, including data ingestion, model training, validation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and mission partners to integrate AI solutions into operational environments.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and security in high‑assurance contexts.
- Document architecture, code, and best practices to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python and modern ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Strong background in NLP, LLMs, generative AI, and computer vision techniques.
- Hands‑on experience with MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and secure deployment practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative, mission‑driven environment.
