About Us
MetroMind.ai is India’s first clinical AI platform that blends GPT-4o with human psychiatric expertise. Our system performs structured ICD-11-based assessments, supports therapists, and adapts to patient tone using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and therapist-in-the-loop learning. We’re already live with real patients — now we need an AI/ML Engineer to make the system smarter, more adaptive, and self-learning.
Your Mission
Help build an intelligent AI assistant that:
- Learns from therapist feedback
- Tracks patient progress over time
- Delivers highly structured and personalized mental health reports
Responsibilities
1. Feedback Learning Loop
- Build logic for GPT-4o to learn from therapist edits
- Design prompt tuning or lightweight fine-tuning strategies
2. RAG + Memory Integration
- Implement patient memory using vector database (Azure Cognitive Search or similar)
- Help GPT retrieve relevant past sessions and adapt tone accordingly
3. Data Structuring & Tagging
- Use NLP pipelines to auto-tag patient responses into fields like PresentingComplaint, RiskFactors, DiagnosisSuggestion
- Ensure clean JSON output to feed into the therapist dashboard
4. Model Evaluation + Testing
- Run A/B tests on prompts and system messages
- Compare performance of GPT-4o vs fine-tuned models
5. Future: Fine-Tune Custom LLM
- Prepare and clean MetroMind’s clinical data for training
- Collaborate on building a small fine-tuned mental health model
Must-Have Skills
- Strong Python (NLP, data handling, backend integration)
- Experience with OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering
- Familiarity with RAG systems (e.g., LangChain, Azure Cognitive Search)
- Knowledge of LLM architecture, embeddings, vector stores
- Exposure to clinical or structured data tagging
Bonus Skills
- Experience with FastAPI/Django REST backends
- Azure cloud tools
- Basic understanding of psychiatry or medical datasets
- Prior work on GPT fine-tuning, RLHF, or mental health products
