About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and algorithms that improve SecPod product capabilities.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to uncover patterns and inform model architecture.
- Fine‑tune and optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into existing pipelines and services.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership on AI/ML best practices.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Solid understanding of machine‑learning concepts, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Hands‑on experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and statistical analysis.
- Proven ability to optimize models for speed and resource efficiency.
