AI/ML Engineer focused on building an intelligent email platform using open‑source tools, applying Machine Learning and NLP to classify, prioritize, automate and secure email flows, while managing full model lifecycle and production deployment on AWS.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine‑tune ML models for email classification, prioritization, and automation using Python and open‑source libraries.
- Implement NLP pipelines to extract intent, sentiment, and key entities from email content.
- Integrate models into a scalable email platform, ensuring low latency and high throughput on AWS.
- Collaborate with DevOps to containerize services with Docker, set up CI/CD pipelines, and monitor model performance in production.
- Work with cross‑functional teams to define feature requirements, evaluate data quality, and iterate on model improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Machine Learning and NLP, with a portfolio of deployed models.
- Proficiency in Python, scikit‑learn, spaCy, or similar libraries.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS services (SageMaker, Lambda, ECS) and Docker containerization.
- Solid understanding of data pipelines, version control, and CI/CD practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to communicate complex ideas to non‑technical stakeholders.
