About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building and training supervised ML models (Random Forest, XGBoost, LightGBM, neural networks) to predict test outcomes from early measurements.
- Implement anomaly detection techniques (Isolation Forests, clustering, autoencoders) to flag unusual test behavior and quality risks.
- Explore and evaluate optimization strategies such as Bayesian Optimization, reinforcement learning, and multi‑armed bandits to shorten tuning and test cycle times.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze multi‑parameter test data and refine model performance.
- Document model development processes, results, and insights for cross‑functional teams.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data science libraries (scikit‑learn, pandas, NumPy).
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and experience with tree‑based models and neural networks.
- Knowledge of anomaly detection methods and optimization techniques is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
