AI/ML Engineer - Behavioral Safety - Synapticon GmbH

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize machine‑learning pipelines for real‑time behavioral safety monitoring.
• Develop computer‑vision and sensor‑fusion models using TensorFlow or PyTorch to detect unsafe actions.
• Integrate models into cloud platforms (AWS) and ensure scalable, low‑latency deployment.
• Collaborate with safety experts and data engineers to curate high‑quality training datasets.
• Continuously evaluate model performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate based on feedback.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep‑learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Hands‑on experience building and deploying ML models for real‑time inference, preferably in safety‑critical domains.
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS) for model hosting, CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
