About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with public‑sector customers to understand business challenges and translate them into AI/ML solution designs.
- Architect end‑to‑end machine‑learning pipelines on AWS, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Develop proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes using Python and AWS AI services such as SageMaker, Rekognition, and Comprehend.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to delivery teams, ensuring best practices for security, scalability, and cost optimization.
- Collaborate with AWS product teams to influence service roadmaps based on customer feedback and emerging industry trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions on AWS.
- Strong programming skills in Python and hands‑on experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Deep knowledge of AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, Glue, and data storage options (S3, Redshift, RDS).
- Proven ability to architect cloud solutions that meet security, compliance, and performance requirements for government or public‑sector environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with a track record of delivering technical presentations and workshops.
