About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and architect end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions that align with client business objectives and data strategy.
- Lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts through model development, testing, and production deployment.
- Define data pipelines and integration patterns using Spark, SQL, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) to ensure scalability and reliability.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business problems into technical specifications and actionable insights.
- Establish best practices for model governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML architecture, data engineering, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency in Python and Spark for large‑scale data processing.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization/orchestration tools.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline preferred.
