Lead the design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions, building scalable chatbots and autonomous agents using LLMs on AWS and Databricks platforms.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of advanced machine learning models and agentic frameworks for production‑grade AI solutions.
- Design, build, and optimize chatbots and autonomous agents powered by large language models (LLMs).
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI architectures on AWS and Databricks.
- Ensure model performance, reliability, and compliance through rigorous testing, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering best practices in AI/ML engineering and DevOps.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI/ML projects with a focus on agentic systems and LLM integration.
- Strong proficiency in Python, AWS services, and Databricks for data engineering and model deployment.
- Hands‑on expertise in chatbot development, natural language processing, and autonomous agent design.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
