Lead the design of scalable, secure AI agent ecosystems, translating business goals into robust architectures for supply chain optimization, intelligent automation, and enhanced customer experiences using modern cloud and ML technologies.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and design end‑to‑end reference architectures for next‑generation AI agent platforms.
- Create detailed engineering blueprints that ensure scalability, security, and performance across cloud and on‑premise environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate strategic AI objectives into concrete technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, promoting best practices in AI system design and implementation.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies such as large language models, reinforcement learning, and autonomous agents into the architecture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing and delivering large‑scale AI/ML systems, preferably with agentic or autonomous components.
- Strong proficiency in Python and modern ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar).
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS) and container orchestration (Kubernetes) for deploying distributed AI workloads.
- Proven expertise in distributed systems, micro‑services architecture, and security best practices for AI applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of mentoring engineers and driving architectural standards.
