AI Workflow Reviewer – Front Office Coordinator (Healthcare)
The AI Workflow Reviewer will evaluate and improve AI-driven patient interactions by reviewing AI-handled patient calls and providing feedback on workflow accuracy and patient experience standards. This temporary independent contractor role requires a minimum of two years of healthcare front office experience to help train and enhance AI systems for the healthcare landscape.
Our client is developing AI-powered patient communication solutions and is seeking experienced healthcare front office professionals to help evaluate and improve AI-driven patient interactions. This short-term project will involve reviewing patient calls handled by AI systems and providing feedback on whether the interactions accurately reflect real-world clinic workflows and patient experience standards.
You have firsthand experience managing patient interactions in a specialty clinic environment and can quickly recognize whether a conversation reflects how a real practice would operate. You understand the nuances of scheduling, medication requests, payment collection, and patient communication, and can provide practical feedback to improve AI performance.
You will play a vital role in training and enhancing AI systems that will be utilized across the healthcare landscape. Your clinical judgment will help ensure these systems are safe, accurate, and aligned with real-world medical practice.
