Analytical QA Engineer responsible for designing and executing advanced test strategies for autonomous AI voice agents, leveraging Agentforce Testing Center, Service Cloud Voice, and prompt evaluation to ensure accurate, secure, and natural customer interactions.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans for AI‑driven voice agents using the Agentforce Testing Center.
- Execute functional, regression, performance, and security tests on real‑time voice interactions within Service Cloud Voice.
- Develop and apply prompt evaluation frameworks to assess reasoning, natural language generation, and compliance of voice agents.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to identify defects, prioritize fixes, and improve AI model behavior.
- Automate repetitive test scenarios using appropriate scripting tools and integrate results into CI/CD pipelines.
Requirements
- 5+ years of QA experience with Salesforce platforms and at least 1 year focused on Agentforce or similar AI voice testing tools.
- Strong understanding of voice AI concepts, prompt engineering, and real‑time speech processing.
- Proficiency in building automated test suites and familiarity with CI/CD integration.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead testing initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
