AI Video Team Lead - Dresma

We’re not looking for a traditional video editor. We’re looking for someone who can reimagine how videos are created.

As an AI Video Creator & Workflow Lead at Dresma, you will own the end-to-end creation of scalable, high-impact video content using a blend of AI tools, creative direction, and production systems thinking. You’ll work at the intersection of creativity, technology, and operations—building workflows that can produce hundreds to thousands of videos efficiently without compromising on quality

What you will do

1. Build AI-First Video Workflows

● Design and implement scalable AI-driven video creation pipelines

● Experiment with emerging AI tools (image-to-video, avatar video, generative editing, etc.)

● Continuously optimize workflows for speed, cost, and quality

2. Lead Video Production at Scale

● Manage and mentor a team of in-house and freelance video creators

● Set creative direction, templates, and quality benchmarks

● Ensure consistent output across large-scale video production

3. Translate Customer Needs into Systems

● Work directly with brands to understand their video requirements, use cases, and goals

● Convert briefs into repeatable AI workflows and templates

● Build solutions that can scale across SKUs, campaigns, and geographies

4. Drive Creative Innovation

● Push boundaries on what’s possible with AI in video

● Stay ahead of trends in short-form, eCommerce, and performance-driven video content

● Bring new formats, styles, and storytelling approaches to clients

5. Collaborate Cross-Functionally

● Work with product, marketing, and design teams to integrate video solutions

● Contribute to building Dresma’s video capabilities as a core offering

● Create innovative video concepts to share across Dresma’s social platforms

What we need you to be:

Core Skills

● Strong experience in video production/editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)

● Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI video tools and automation workflows

● Ability to think in systems, not just assets (templates, pipelines, scalability) Leadership & Ownership

● Experience managing teams or freelancers

● Ability to own projects end-to-end—from brief to delivery at scale Creative + Analytical Mindset

● Strong storytelling and visual sensibility

● Ability to balance creativity with performance and scalability Customer Orientation

● Comfortable interacting with clients

● Ability to translate ambiguous briefs into structured execution plans
