About the role
- Create and manage high-fidelity, language-specific AI clones.
- Ensure the technical quality of avatars, including voice modulation, lip-syncing, and authoritative delivery.
- Maintain 100% consistency in tone and medical credibility across all localized versions.
- Build and scale content engines using advanced video tools, with a mandatory, heavy emphasis on Google Veo 3.
- Collaborate on backend automation workflows tied into internal client systems (such as GoHighLevel) to ensure video assets scale fluidly with marketing automations.
- Rapidly stress-test, adopt, and write SOPs for emerging AI media platforms as they hit the market to keep our agency infrastructure miles ahead of the competition.
- Drive the entire production pipeline from text $\rightarrow$ image $\rightarrow$ video, ensuring assets match premium delivery standards.
- Seamlessly balance AI-generated elements and real client footage (roughly a 50/50 hybrid split) to preserve authentic human credibility.
- Conduct strict quality control reviews on final video outputs, verifying visual aesthetics, pacing, audio fidelity, and narrative flow.
- Deliver structured visual feedback and direction to team members using video walkthroughs (Loom) to ensure flawless final execution.
- 2+ years of experience in AI clone creation or a similar role
- Experience in traditional video editing is a big plus!
- Deep, expert-level proficiency in prompting and managing Google Veo 3 (this is our most important tool) alongside tools like Kling, Runway, Pika, Dreamface, Wand, or Higgsfield.
- Hands-on editing skills in traditional suites (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects) to cleanly stitch together AI layers with real-world footage.
- A strong background in creative direction or visual storytelling—knowing how to script, hook, and hold attention on B2B subjects.
- A true "A-Player" mentality; able to take an abstract brief, look at existing SOPs, and execute a brilliant visual product independently.
- Exceptional written and spoken English, comfortable presenting creative decisions and mapping out clear briefs.
