About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end‑to‑end AI use case book of work across Trade and Working Capital, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and collaborate with central AI, data science, and technology teams to design, develop, and deploy AI solutions.
- Drive end‑to‑end delivery from ideation through value realization, monitoring performance and impact of AI products.
- Act as a liaison between business functions and technical teams, facilitating communication, prioritization, and resource allocation.
- Identify opportunities for AI‑enabled product enhancements, commercialization, and operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading AI or data‑driven product initiatives in a financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, data science, and AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
