AI Transformation Specialist - Schneider Electric

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high‑impact business problems in supply chain and manufacturing and define AI solution roadmaps.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models and data pipelines using Python and cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into planning, forecasting, and automation workflows.
• Monitor model performance, conduct root‑cause analysis, and iterate solutions to ensure continuous operational improvement.
• Provide technical guidance and training to business stakeholders on AI best practices and data‑driven decision making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field with 3+ years of hands‑on AI/ML experience.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and experience building production‑grade models.
• Strong background in data engineering, ETL processes, and cloud services such as AWS or Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions, preferably in supply chain or manufacturing contexts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving cross‑functional collaboration.
