AI Transformation Lead

About the Role

Scopely is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to join the Live Games Portfolio team in their Barcelona or Israel hubs. This is a hybrid role. This role is crucial for accelerating AI adoption across the organization by sitting at the intersection of business, technology, and operations. The focus will be on identifying high-impact opportunities, translating them into practical solutions, and driving real adoption across various teams.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and inefficiencies.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities for AI.
• Translate business challenges into practical, scalable AI solutions.
• Build and implement AI agents, tools, and workflows.
• Drive adoption by embedding solutions into day-to-day work.
• Promote AI awareness through sharing use cases, successes, and learnings.
• Focus on quick wins while building toward longer-term impact.
