About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and scale a multidisciplinary engineering organization focused on AI‑enabled master and reference data services.
- Architect and deliver cloud‑native data pipelines, ensuring high availability, security, and compliance.
- Drive data governance, quality, and lineage initiatives across institutional client data assets.
- Collaborate with product, analytics, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Champion best practices in ML Ops, continuous integration, and automated testing for data products.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, AI, or related fields with a proven track record of leading large technical teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack technologies.
- Strong background in data governance, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience with ML Ops frameworks and end‑to‑end AI product delivery is highly desirable.
