Key Responsibilities

- Lead cross‑functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and consultants to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business recommendations and change‑management plans.
- Monitor emerging AI trends and incorporate best‑in‑class practices into client engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML projects in a consulting or enterprise environment.
- Strong expertise in machine learning, data analytics, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (e.g., scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent communication skills with a track record of translating technical solutions into business value.
