About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end AI transformation projects, from strategy workshops to solution delivery and post‑go‑live support.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design AI architectures, data pipelines, and model deployment strategies on cloud platforms.
- Advise clients on AI governance, ethics, and change management to ensure sustainable adoption.
- Develop and present executive‑level insights, roadmaps, and ROI analyses for AI initiatives.
- Mentor junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML consulting or related technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering best practices.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
- Experience in change management and organizational transformation is a plus.
