AI Tools Intake Specialist responsible for managing the full lifecycle of generative AI requests, from submission to decommissioning, ensuring clear business requirements, risk tracking, and efficient cross‑functional collaboration.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to elicit, document, and validate AI project requirements.
- Own the intake process for generative AI initiatives, overseeing assessment, approval, onboarding, and decommissioning.
- Track progress, milestones, dependencies, and risks, providing status updates to stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross‑functional reviews to ensure alignment and timely decision‑making.
- Maintain accurate intake case records and drive continuous improvement of intake workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business analysis or requirements engineering, preferably in AI or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of generative AI concepts and portfolio management principles.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple intake cases simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Familiarity with risk assessment and mitigation strategies in technology deployments.
