About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end test plans for AI models deployed in Snowflake and secure environments.
- Develop automated test suites in Python, integrating with CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality.
- Measure and analyze performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks and recommending optimizations.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to define testable requirements and validate model outputs.
- Document test cases, results, and defect reports, maintaining clear traceability to business objectives.
Requirements
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in test automation frameworks.
- Hands‑on knowledge of machine learning model testing and performance evaluation.
- Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehouse platforms.
- Experience with performance testing tools and metrics analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities in a fast‑paced, remote environment.
