AI Tester responsible for evaluating AI‑powered applications and ML models, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and bias mitigation using Python, test automation, and data analysis techniques.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases for AI/ML applications, chatbots, and generative AI systems.
- Validate model outputs for correctness, relevance, bias, and consistency, documenting findings in detailed defect reports.
- Collaborate with data scientists and developers to refine test strategies and improve model performance.
- Track and manage defects, bugs, and performance issues through the full QA lifecycle.
- Leverage Python and test automation frameworks to streamline testing processes and increase coverage.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or AI testing.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML concepts and testing tools.
- Experience evaluating AI outputs for bias and performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
