About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-enhanced test automation suites using Python and Selenium.
- Integrate machine learning models to predict test coverage gaps and optimize test execution.
- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product teams to define testing strategies and continuous integration pipelines.
- Analyze test results, generate actionable insights, and drive process improvements.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in test automation and AI application.
Requirements
- Proven experience in test automation with Python and Selenium.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to testing.
- Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a passion for quality engineering.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
