AI Technology Support Engineer/Analyst responsible for diagnosing, resolving, and optimizing AI/ML solutions in cloud environments, leveraging Python, AWS, and data analytics to ensure high availability and performance.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot AI/ML model performance issues across production environments.
- Collaborate with data scientists and DevOps teams to deploy, monitor, and scale models on AWS infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain Python scripts for data preprocessing, model validation, and automated alerting.
- Analyze system logs and metrics to identify root causes and recommend performance improvements.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles for internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Python and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong understanding of AWS services such as SageMaker, EC2, S3, and CloudWatch.
- Hands‑on experience with data analysis, visualization, and performance monitoring tools.
