About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end‑to‑end AI/ML solutions on AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with best practices.
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust AI strategies and roadmaps.
- Serve as a trusted adviser to senior leadership on AI opportunities, risks, and governance.
- Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies and maintain a pulse on industry trends.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with AWS AI/ML services (SageMaker, Rekognition, Comprehend, etc.) and architectural design.
- Proven track record of delivering production‑grade ML models and pipelines.
- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and scaling engineering teams.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Hands‑on coding proficiency in Python and familiarity with CI/CD for ML workflows.
