Key Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and engage high‑potential AI and technology talent across the US IT landscape using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ATS data, providing regular reporting on sourcing metrics and hiring progress.
- Stay current on AI industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitor hiring practices to refine sourcing tactics.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruiting for US IT roles, with a strong network of technology professionals.
- Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work flexible evening/night hours (IST) to overlap US Eastern Standard Time.
