Systems Engineer
Senior AI Systems Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and securing AI solutions in intelligence and cyber domains, leveraging machine learning, cryptographic techniques, and robust software engineering practices.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for intelligence analysis and cyber defense.
- Implement secure software solutions, ensuring compliance with cryptographic key management and security engineering standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in Computer Network Operations, Signals Intelligence, and Mission Software to integrate AI capabilities into operational workflows.
- Perform code reviews, performance tuning, and maintain high code quality using Python and C++.
- Document architecture, design decisions, and operational procedures for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a strong focus on security and cryptography.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for algorithm implementation and system integration.
- Hands‑on experience with secure coding practices, cryptographic key management, and vulnerability assessment.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
