About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship end‑to‑end AI systems that solve high‑stakes product, sales‑ops, or CS‑ops challenges.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate business requirements into scalable, testable code.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) to ensure rapid, reliable deployments.
- Optimize model performance and cost on AWS, managing token usage and infrastructure budgets.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and iterate on live systems, ensuring uptime and data integrity.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Python and machine‑learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar).
- Proficiency in cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and experience deploying ML workloads.
- Hands‑on knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast‑moving environment.
- Effective communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
